The year 2025 was a successful one for the BMBC GROUP. It recorded an unprecedented influx of customers and carried out the largest campaign to hand over houses to buyers. The group's management chose to celebrate these achievements with its customers, suppliers, staff members and their families, and exchange best wishes for the new year 2026.



On 4 January 2026, the BMBC Group (BMBC GROUP) organized the first edition of its company day, BMBC GROUP DAY 2025. Launched to celebrate the company's achievements across its various subsidiaries, the event brought together all those who have contributed to the growth of BMBC GROUP since its creation, particularly during 2025. These include employees, customers, suppliers and various categories of partners. The day was also an opportunity to exchange New Year's greetings for 2026. 



For the Chief Executive Officer of BMBC GROUP, David Ntamakuriro, the key message of the day was to recognize the contributions of each stakeholder, employee, supplier or other partner, who made significant achievements during 2025.



In his welcome speech, the CEO of BMBC Group welcomed the company's sustained growth, which was particularly evident in the exceptional influx of customers during 2025. The year was also marked by an unprecedented campaign to provide homes for customers. Since its launch at the beginning of the summer, several customers, mainly from the diaspora, have taken delivery of their homes, either in the ‘Diaspora Cities’ of Gahahe, Tenga and Kiyange, or on customers' properties in the neighborhoods of Bujumbura or in other parts of the country.

Similarly, 2025 was marked internally by vigorous efforts to strengthen the capacities of staff teams in order to maximize productivity. Several training courses were organized across the company's various subsidiaries, both for employees at the group's head office and subsidiaries, and for teams deployed on construction sites, including trainees.



Positive relationships with customers and partners are another source of satisfaction mentioned by the CEO, given that at the end of 2025, the company had no legal cases against any of its customers or partners, which is a good measure of customer and supplier satisfaction.



This satisfaction was reaffirmed by all BMBC Group customers and partners who spoke during the ceremony, delivering moving testimonials about their experience with the company, which enabled them to realize their dream projects.

The CEO of BMBC GROUP closed the evening by reassuring the various stakeholders of the company's good health, which, according to him, will redouble its efforts to provide the best solutions for its clients' real estate needs and the best services to all its other partners. 



To show his respect and appreciation for each guest, including staff members and their families, the CEO made his way around all the tables to greet them and exchange New Year's greetings for 2026.
