In addition to works going on at various construction sites around the country, BMBC has come up with new ways of doing business including through strengthening administration, finance and technical functions.
The organizational structure of BMBC comprises several services including administration and finance, human resources, and the technical units. All those units are composed of dynamic teams of officers and technicians, mostly youths who work tirelessly to ensure customers projects are executed with the highest quality and completed in the shortest durations possible.
BMBC is autonomous with regard to technical competencies at all phases of construction stages, until the completion.
Moreover, BMBC has established complementary facilities including carpentry and welding workshops in order to facilitate customers in acquiring all the necessities such as furniture, wood, metal or aluminum doors and windows at the same place which allows for quick completion of their construction projects.
Another innovation includes the intensive and real time sharing of information both among the company’s office and field teams, as well as with customers especially those who reside outside of the country with limited opportunity to inspect the progress of their construction projects.
BMBC communications and marketing members use a variety of communication channels including sending photos and videos to allow the project owners to follow in real time how their projects are being implemented, and have an opportunity to suggest adjustments or corrections at the convenient time.
