Transparent and win-win relationships with both government and private business actors have been the motor of BMBC’s rapid growth. We enjoy a very constructive collaboration with public agencies in charge of urban management and infrastructures, namely the Office Burundais de l’Urbanisme, de l’Habitat et de la Construction (OBUHA) as well as other services to ensure maximum alignment to local and international norms and standards governing the construction sector.

In collaboration with the Banque de Gestion et de Financement (BGF), BMBC is implementing the largest real estate projects in Burundi (BMBC Homes) in Gahahe, Tenga and Kiyange quarters. Local private business partners include: Afrimetal, Temac as well as several dealers in construction materials.

BMBC has also built strong ties with leading overseas companies specialized in construction and manufacturing of construction equipment and materials. They include companies as Aimix Group, Nord Technologies, Sanq Group, Sinotruck, etc.
